The purpose fo this role is for the HR System Project Manager to manage the lifecycle of the project, from planning to the go live according to deadlines and within budget. You will play an integral role as part of the programme team and work closely with project groups, implementation partner, vendor and key stakeholders.
Ensure successful project management and delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project, delivered on time, on budget to quality and scope. This is a global project, which will replace the global core HR system, Select HR and multiple recruitment systems.
* Develop and manage the project plan, risk tracker, change requests and RAID logs
* Manage timely submission odeliverables and resource requirements from multiple workstreams, including process design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and change management
* Manage and provide updates on project budget, including payment milestones and schedules
* Responsible for managing the project tracker, status updates and coordinate reoccurring project meetings
* Prepare and present progress on budget, status, risks, issues and escalate to Programme Team where required
* Coordinate delivery and planning of data migration, integration design and cutover workstreams
* Partner effectively with third-party vendors, ensuring project milestones are met
* Prepare inputs for the Steering Group, Design Authority and Change Board meetings
* Manage, filter and support assessment of change requests, defects and design decisions
Experience Required:
- Experience in delivering HR technology implementation programmes
- Experience with owning and managing project mangement software, e.g smartsheet
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder managment skills
