Hr Systems Analyst

HR Systems Analyst – 9 month FTC

• Salary up to £40k
• 3 days a week in the office based in London

I am working with a global law firm who are seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join the team to support the Senior HR Systems Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of the system and HR reporting capabilities.

About the role:

• Day-to-day management and maintenance of the HR System (SelectHR).
• Answering system-related queries.
• Producing regular and ad hoc HR reports.
• Supporting with cyclical HR activities such as, gender pay gap reporting.
• Working closely with management and wider HR teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Building relationships with external providers.
• Creating user access guides and training materials.

About the candidate:

• Knowledge and previous experience working with HR Systems, prior experience using SelectHR would be advantageous.
• Advanced excel skills and experience of reporting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
