The role: To be the college’s HR system specialist providing a technical and support point of contact to the HR team and to end users. Responsible for internal payroll preparation and liaison with our outsourced provider. Ensuring we achieve the most value from our HR system and enabling user understanding and acceptance across the college is key.
Are you an HR Systems specialist seeking a new professional challenge and can provide the following?
• Solid HRIS experience and/or HR/Payroll specialist experience with systems orientation. (Ideally with Midland iTrent experience or evidence of the ability to quickly learn new systems).
•.Held a similar role within a complex organisation.
• Evidence of excellent data production and analysis skills, using Business Objects or other business intelligence platforms.
• A confident contributor to provide a logical design of HR systems workflows and automated processes, ensuring that our system is fit for purpose, user-friendly and meets business needs.
• Excellent organisational, planning and highly developed communication skills.
•Substantial project management experience skills with robust attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, whilst delivering excellent customer service.
• A strong team player, collaborative and able to use initiative to problem solve and provide solutions.
