Your new role
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and joining a small but dynamic HR team, key responsibilities will include:
* Leading on the implementation of a new outsourced payroll system and managing the payroll provider relationship
* Responsible for payroll & pension related issues - queries, changes, discrepancies etc
* Line management of two HR & Payroll Advisors, supporting them with the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, ER, and all operational HR matters
* Support to upskill and empower managers on employee relations policies and processes
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will need:
* Evidenced experience implementing outsourced payroll systems
* Experience working with the public sector at HR management level
* Excellent HR operational experience across the full employee lifecycle
* Line management experience
* Experience leading on reshaping and improving HR operational functions
