Interim HR and Recruitment Lead - 6 month FTC - c70-90k pro rata - 5 days per week in the London office
A SME high end media firm are seeking their first HR hire to manage the recruitment of some key senior hires as well as develop HR strategy to address improving retention, consistent communication, develop training and develop culture initiatives.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a background within the media sector and will be able to demonstrate their experience in a stand alone SME environment where you are able to operate across HR operations and HR strategy. You will be able to manage end to end recruitment as well as develop wider HR strategy to suit business needs. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 6 month contract working from the client\'s London office 5 days per week. This could be a part time option for the right person.
