We currently have a great opportunity for a Mobile Caretaker to join their Estates Team in our Dorset locality, working flexibly across the county, with daily travel a van will be provided.
The starting salary is GBP23,088 per year based on 37 hours per week.
The role:
As a Mobile Caretaker you'll be making sure our customers homes are safe, well maintained and compliant.
What you'll be doing:
Make regular visits to our sites and schemes across Dorset
Carry out tasks such as litter picking, rubbish removal and leaf removal
Performing joint visits with colleagues from across the business
General maintenance tasks
Carry out fire risk actions including removing personal items from internal areas
You'll be able to manage your time effectively and work well independently using your own initiative.
Whilst previous experience would be desirable, full training will be provided along with a van and equipment.
A full driving licence and two years driving experience is essential.
