They are seeking a dedicated Mobile Customer Relations Manager to become a pivotal part of our dynamic team, where your passion for excellence will thrive. The role will involve travelling across Deeside, Staffordshire & Cheshire so a full license & access to a car is essential.
The Key Duties for this Customer Relations Manager include :
- Conduct thorough customer complaint assessments, collaborating with teams and management.
- Escalate complaints to group level and maintain communication with customers for swift resolution.
- Coordinate with manufacturers/subcontractors to expedite resolution once all facts are gathered.
- Weekly complaint review meetings with Directors.
- Communicate outcomes via letters and calls, involving on-site managers as needed.
- Strong understanding of Consumer Rights and Sales of Goods Act for effective response.
- Craft corporate letters with a customer-centric approach.
