• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

Your new role

• Working in a multi-skilled maintenance role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, across a portfolio of commercial sites covering 3/4 days a week in Newcastle, 1/2 days a week in Middlesburgh. 
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances. 
• Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, light replacements, light maintenance, HVAC, AHU’s, FCU’s, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties. 
• You will be liasing with clients and stakeholders at different levels daily.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will hold electrical or mechanical qualifications ideally.
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.  
• Strong communication skills.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
