SalaryRandstad construction and property is looking for a Mobile Electrician to be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and repairs across multiple site locations in Blackpool and surrounding areas.
This diverse role for a leading Facilities Management firm will include maintaining bakery and catering equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, building fabric, water services, and other electrical equipment.
Day to Day
- To carry out planned and reactive maintenance and order spare parts for planned and reactive repairs
- Supervise and coach Maintenance Assistant in line with company processes.
- Conduct emergency lighting tests and repairs .
- Respond to service call requests, assess job requirements, and carry out repairs
- Identify non-repairable faults and escalate to Regional Engineering Supervisor
- Be the first response for Fire and Security/HVAC/electrical issues
- To participate in an Out of Hours standby rota (1 week in 4)

Qualifications
- A valid & full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position.
- City & Guilds 18th edition
- Educated to NVQ Level 3 / City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
- 3 phase electrics and its applications
