Main duties include:
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on a variety of mobile devices and electronic gadgets to identify issues and determine the appropriate repair solutions.
- Perform skilled repairs and replacements on damaged or faulty components, ensuring the efficient and reliable functioning of mobile devices and electronics.
- Address software-related issues, including updates, installations, and troubleshooting to optimize device performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand device issues, provide repair estimates, and offer post-repair guidance.
- Keep track of repair parts and equipment, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Skills and Education:
- Proven one year of experience as a Mobile & Electronics Repair Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in repairing a variety of mobile devices and electronic gadgets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with mobile operating systems and software troubleshooting.
