Your new role
- Working in a Mobile Fabric Engineer role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across NW region (Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool and surrounding).
- You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties.
- Painting and decorating, patching, temp checks, minor repairs, joinery, basic carpentry, light replacements and changes, basic plumbing, and any other minor fabric repairs & building maintenance duties.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels in a customer facing role.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to have experience in a fabric or maintenance role within a commercial environment.
- Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
