Our client requires mobile cleaning operatives to clean housing association and social housing communal areas. You will be working in a mobile team so will be going to various locations across London.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Floor Cleaning using floor machines i.e. floor scrubbing machines and carpet steamers
Cleaning and disinfection of internal and external areas
Carpet Cleaning
Floor Scrubbing
Jet Washing
Driving company van and equipment between location
Essential Skills/ Experience:
Driving licence essential for this role
Experience in using floor machines and cleaning machinery
The ability to work Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
A strong team player
The skill to build good working relationships
Reliable and excellent timekeeper
