As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

We currently have a vacancy for a Mobile Cleaner to cover the Chester and Rhyl area.

The Role

• To carry out general mobile housekeeping / cleaning tasks as detailed on the task allocations, to the agreed standard
• Maintain accurate records of completed works, by closing off jobs via the provided IT systems, and completing accurate timesheet and mileage records
• To ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks assigned are completed within the required deadlines and to a high standard where reasonably possible
• To ensure all Reactive tasks as assigned are completed within the required time scales and to a high standard where reasonably possible
• To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene
• To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order

About You

• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
• A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
• Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
• Most hold full UK driving license (manual transmission) and have experience and ability to drive a manual transmission van with due care and skill.
