Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial buildings.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with facility managers and other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work van, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in commercial settings.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Availability to travel to various job sites as needed.
