Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will provide assistance and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily tasks such as personal care,
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and ensure individual needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and work off your own initiative
- Understanding of the needs of individuals requiring support
