The Mobile Powered Access Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager.
Job Overview
The Mobile Powered Access Engineer will be responsible for the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of our Powered Access equipment. They will ensure that our customers are using safe and reliable equipment and that they can count on us to deliver customer excellence.
The Mobile Powered Access Engineer will ensure that our equipment is performing to its full capabilities, that all equipment is tested, repaired and serviced to a high standard.
The role includes breakdowns and LOLER's around the South with visits to head office depot in Harbury necessary for parts and consumables.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Carry out service, repair and maintenance on Powered Access equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults on Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic systems.
- Carry out LOLER tests and inspections.
- Comply with all QMS procedures.
- Ensure engineering team maintain good housekeeping within workshop and vehicles.
Qualifications
- A qualification within the Engineering field (NVQ or City & Guilds).
- Previous experience working on Powered Access equipment or plant machinery is essential.
- Hold a clean UK driving license.
- Hold a CAP license.
