Mobile Security Operative

Equans is looking for a Security Officer (Mobile Patrol) to join our team in Doughty Road Depot, Doughty Road, Grimsby, DN32 0LL on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary up to £29,000 including shift and weekend allowances.

Shift Pattern: Shifts will include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays

What will you deliver?

• To work as a member of a multi-functional security service on a shift rotation and support all the different elements of the service with the provision of an effective and professional security service
• The role will focus on the following job requirements:
• To provide a mobile surveillance patrol to premises using electronic data recording equipment where require
• To provide the first response to intruder alarm call
• Respond to emergencies as requested via the Control Centre
• To provide written reports on all incidents of crime & disorder
• Maintain close liaison with the Police and relevant authorities
• Responsible for the collection of monies from allocated sites
• Responsible for the welfare and handling of patrol dogs

Please note, the successful candidate must undergo and clear a Security Check (BS7858)

Who are we looking for?

• Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence for CCTV monitoring and or security patrols.
• Training will be provided on the CCTV systems.
