Job Summary

Temporary for 12 months

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

As part of North Ayrshire Council’s Modern Apprentice Recruitment Process if, following interview, you are chosen as a Preferred Candidate, you must complete a 1-week pre-employment Course with one of our Employability Partners, before being issued with a Conditional Offer of Employment.

The qualification to be achieved on completion of the Modern Apprenticeship is SCQF 5.

Modern Apprenticeship posts are open to all North Ayrshire Residents aged 16-19yrs old at commencement of employment.

This post is based in the Customer Service team within our People & ICT Service. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be involved in handling inbound and outbound housing enquiries on behalf of customers of North Ayrshire Council.
