The Role:
As a Montessori Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Manager to cultivate a nurturing and enriching learning environment through Montessori leadership.
Responsibilities:
-Devise educational activities aligned with Montessori principles.
-Provide support to Montessori teachers and staff.
-Contribute to staff training and evaluations.
-Maintain precise records and documentation.
-Foster positive relationships with parents.
-Adhere to Montessori philosophy and principles.
-Enhance the Montessori curriculum collaboratively.
-Conduct informative parent meetings and workshops.
-Ensure compliance with Montessori regulations.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Deputy Manager or in a similar role.
-Experience in Montessori education.
-Possess Montessori qualification (e.g., AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
-Understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Knowledge of regulatory norms.
