We are looking for an energetic, committed and enthusiastic individual who likes to work hard and play even harder!It's all about the TEAM with us! You must be a TEAM PLAYER to create the best ever school experience for the TEACHERS and the CHILDREN alike.A minimum L3 childcare qualification (QTS preferred) is required and if you have Montessori training or have experience working in a Montessori school, that's even better! In any case, you would need to be passionate about this beautiful methodology. Purpose of PostTo work under the direction of the Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Deputy Manager.To support the aims and objectives of the nursery and assist in the organisation of a high-quality establishment for children from 2 to 5 years.To provide high standards of childcare and education – including the monitoring and review of our provision.To actively engage in appropriate continuous professional development and action research.
