Montessori Teacher & A Level 3 Nursery Nurse Needed In Earlsfield

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:Level 3 or above, Ofsted Recognised Early Years/Childcare Qualification.

Purple dove Recruitment are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse and a Qualified Montessori Teacher for a small independent Montessori Nursery in Earlsfield.

Salary:

• Level 3 Nursery Nurse - paying from £24,000 per annum.
• Montessori Teacher - paying £15-16 per hour.

Hours:

• Level 3 Nursery Nurse - 40 hours per week, 47 weeks per year.
• Montessori Teacher - Would consider TERM TIME hours.

Benefits:

• 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays.

• Small Independent Nursery.

The Role:

• Working as a key person you must be able to build strong relationships with both children and their families.
• Observing children and recording early years milestones.
• Encouraging learning through meaningful play.
• Working to maintain Health & Safety and Safeguarding Practices within the setting.
• Planning stimulating and fun activities whilst closely following the Early Years curriculum.
• Creating a fun, safe and warm environment where children can flourish and grow.

Essential qualities and qualifications:

• A positive and dedicated attitude and a real passion for childcare and development.
• Being able to provide and sustain a caring environment.
• An Early Years Teacher/childcare qualification Level 3 or above.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
