PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an incredibly highly successful partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
The extremely busy and successful firm are based in Edinburgh EH7.
The role has become available due one of the existing Mortgage Administrators transitioning over to Advisory - t he firm are looking to replace the Administrator as a result.
The role is Full Time - No weekends
The role is office based over 5 days and ideally Full Time although we are prepared to be flexible with hours to suit maybe school picks and drops - let us speak.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders and have experience of volume mortgage and protection administration.
We are looking for a minimum of 2 years recent independent mortgage administration experience ideally although we would consider an individual coming from a Lender or Estate Agency with exposure to mortgages.
Competitive salary package of £22,000 - £25,000 DOE negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Submission of mortgage & protection applications
Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
