Exciting Opportunity for an Administrator / Case Manager in a growing Mortgage Firm based in the central Bath.

As an integral part of the Mortgage Team, you will collaborate closely with experienced mortgage advisers. Your role will involve supporting the processing of mortgage applications and supporting customers through to completion with efficiency and precision. This encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including communications, administration, and adept risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitating seamless communication between customers and lenders to expedite the issuance of mortgage offers.
· Skillfully submitting mortgage cases to lenders with a keen eye for accuracy.
· Proactively managing mortgage cases, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
· Upholding a standard of excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
· Responding promptly and professionally to written or verbal inquiries, surpassing customer expectations and bolstering the company's positive reputation.
· Actively pursuing applications to completion, keeping all involved parties informed.
· Handling client documents in a manner compliant with GDPR regulations.
· Maintaining accurate records of all actions and communications in a detailed event log.
· Effectively managing and prioritising your workload and diary to meet timeframes and deadlines.
· Cultivating, sustaining, and enhancing relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as advisers, lenders, and solicitors.

Requirements

  • Highly organised and hardworking individual who can work efficiently and with accuracy.
  • Experienced case manager with proven knowledge of the mortgage industry.
  • To be able to project knowledge and expertise once trained when they speak to clients to quickly build trust and rapport.
  • Someone who is confident whilst speaking on the telephone and can build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Is driven and has the passion for providing customers the best possible advice and experience.
