Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the mortgage advisers and management
• Manage and maintain client files
• Key mortgage and protection applications
• Collate, check and store all required client documentation
• Maintain back-office system and use a task-based system for daily workload
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation organization
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
