The Mortgage Advisor role

As the Mortgage Adviser for the brokerage, you will have an extensive knowledge of the Mortgage industry and whole of market mortgage and protection advice.

You’ll receive leads from the brokerages established network of introducers and have the support of the administration team to complete your cases post submission.

Mortgage Adviser key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage and protection product that are tailored to their financial circumstances
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
• Maintain clear communication between all parties involved to ensure a seamless customer journey

The Mortgage Adviser Package

• Salary £25k - £30k
• Commission 20%
• Leads Provided
• Average loan amount £180k
• Fee £495
• Administration support
