The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a New Build Mortgage Advisor for the company, you'll be provided with an abundance of qualified and prebooked appointments, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding mortgage advice and customer service to your clients.
Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will also have a dedicated client relationship manager to assist you with your administration from DIP to Mortgage offer.
The Mortgage Advisor Package

• Employed: £30,500k
• Commission: £15k Validation then 15% (Quarterly)
• Average loan size £150k
• Office Based
• Monday to Friday
• Administrative support - Dedicated Client relationship manager
• All leads Provided - No self-generation required
• Private medical Insurance

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• CeMap Qualified
• Experience Mortgage Advisor
• Proven track record of mortgage sales
• Experience working with volume Mortgage cases (20 - 25 pm)
• Reliable & trustworthy
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
