Responsibilities:
- Assist the mortgage advisors in preparing and processing mortgage applications from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress of mortgage applications.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate the purchase of financial protection products.
- Provide administrative support to the mortgage advisory team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a mortgage administration role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage administration software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
- CeMAP qualification is desirable but not essential.
