NJR are currently working alongside a well-established Independent Financial Advisers, who have a fantastic opportunity available on their Mortgage arm of the business. As a result of their continued growth they are now looking for an ambitious and pro-active Mortgage Administrator to join their team in the Birmingham area.

Daily duties will include:
- Dealing with providers, lenders and clients for case progression and case placement
- Dealing with solicitors and conveyancers regarding exchange/completion dates
- Managing review dates for existing clients
- Update and maintain client details in Client Database
- Check all Anti Money Laundering information is current
- Prepare & send-off authority letters and send to client for signature
- Input details of existing mortgages and Protection policies
- Obtain illustrations, application forms, Key Feature Documents and other relevant supporting documentation
- Prepare suitability reports for adviser to check and amend where necessary
- Submit new life/general business to provider
- Track new business and current position, updating Adviser accordingly
- Ensure all new business has been checked and been signed off
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working within a Mortgage Administration role and have a familiarity with mortgage, protection and GI research and sourcing software and an understanding of the Mortgage application process. You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as solid communication and articulations skills.
