- Provide an excellent standard of service to clients in line with their Mortgage and Protection needs
- Stay up to date with current market news and trends
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and maintain the highest ethical standards at all times
Skills and Experience Required
- 12 months + specialist lending experience
- Ce Map or industry equivalent qualification
- Highly efficient communicator and can demonstrate an ability to manage multiple workloads effectively
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- A proven track record of delivering the highest standards of Mortgage and Protection advice
