The Mortgage and Protection Advisor package

• Office Based - Sandbach or Crewe branch
• Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
• Basic Salary £30k DOE
• Commission structure: validation then 30% - 20% uplift from leads transferred & fees
• Full Administrative support and client management
• Holidays per year 21 days holiday + bank holidays & 1 additional day per year capped at 26 days
• Annual Pay reviews - Pension contribution - Death in service - income Protection & PMI
• Training funding and support to progress your career
• Career progression to become and IFA within the company

The Mortgage and Protection Advisor Role

You will be an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor providing whole of market Mortgage and Protection advice.

There is an extensive network of introducers, a strong local presence through advertising, sponsorship of local football & rugby clubs and partnerships with estate agencies, which means you'll have an abundance of clients to work with and receive an uplift when you transfer successful leads to the wealth advisers.

There are so many ways to ensure that you surpass your target, you will have outstanding earning potential with this role. Not only that, but you will have the opportunity for funded training to progress your career, becoming a fully qualified Financial Advisor if you choose that path.
