Your responsibilities include conducting thorough financial assessments, analysing mortgage options, and fostering relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Assessments: Conduct detailed financial assessments to ascertain client's eligibility and financial capacity.
Mortgage Advisory: Analyse and propose suitable mortgage options aligned with client's financial situations and goals.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals, ensuring smooth communication and processing.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and mortgage products to provide informed advice.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall client experience and contribute to collective success.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Mortgage Brokering.
Mortgage advice qualification (CeMAP or equivalent).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with mortgage-related software.
