Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on their application status.
- Collaborate closely with advisers to gather necessary information for new applications.
- Handle frontline inquiries from customers.
- Maintain a pipeline of applications.
- Perform essential administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Possess an excellent telephone manner and adept at building relationships.
- Experience working towards targets.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments.
Benefits:
- Enjoy a starting salary of £22,500 per annum, rising to £25,000 per annum on completion of probation.
