Job Title: Mortgage Paraplanner Location: Hailsham Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: S56879MPBMC Remuneration: To £35,000 basic plus pension, DIS, bonuses - OTE £37,000 Overview: A well-established independent financial advisory firm based in Hailsham, requires an experienced mortgage administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner, to work closely with the business owner, assisting the senior mortgage advisor, with regards to all mortgage administrative duties. Main Duties: A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage professional to join a very well established financial advisory firm based in Hailsham as a Mortgage Paraplanner or mortgage administrator. Having worked with our client for over 20 years, we can strongly recommend an experienced mortgage administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner or even a mortgage advisor to work closely with the business owner and senior mortgage advisor of this long-standing IFA firm. Working Monday to Friday and closely with the senior mortgage advisor, as an experienced mortgage professional you will analyse the completed fact find, source a suitable lender and product to meet the client's needs and complete a detail reason why letter and suitable report, using the prepopulated software. As well as completing the mortgage suitability and reason why letters, you will also be required to submit all new mortgage applications, chase all parties involved in the mortgage process and act as the first point of contact to the clients. As a mortgage administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner using the company's customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain compliance and accurate record keeping. Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage professionals including senior sales support, Mortgage Paraplanners and even mortgage brokers who are looking to move into an administrative role. As an experienced mortgage administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner living within an easy commute of Hailsham, the full CeMAP must have been attained. Summary: A mortgage administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner is required to work alongside the business owner and senior mortgage advisor providing full administrative mortgage support, including sourcing suitable mortgage products, using advanced software, complete reason why letters and suitable reports, as well as acting as first point of contact to all parties involved, including clients, lenders and solicitors.
