Monday Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm

(1 day working from home after probationary period)

Are you an experienced Service Specialist who has previously worked within the financial services or mortgage industry?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join an established financial services company based in Mid Kent.

Duties include:

• Assisting with reporting, data handling and general administration
• Updating data on the system
• Building relationships with third parties including, servicers, solicitors, valuers and receivers
• Daily management of missed payments and arrears
• Effectively Manage tasks to ensure all accounts are administered within SLAs

The successful candidate must have/be:

• Previous experience within the mortgage or financial services industry
• Strong organisational skills and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail
• IT Literate and competent using MS Office
• Driving licence and own transport due to the office location
