MOT Tester

As an MOT Tester in a busy Aftersales Department at our Volvo Dealership in Gloucester you’ll work with our workshop and front of house team to MOT test customer vehicles.

Role and Responsibilities:

• To carry out MOT tests as per DVSA guidelines and standards
• Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety
• Carry out work completely and effectively within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times
• Advise and report on vehicle faults and servicing requirements while working on vehicles, including future servicing/repair requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of working in a busy workshop environment
• Hold MOT tester qualifications
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
• Hold a full UK driving licence
