Salary: £47,000 OTE (including £30,000 to £39,000 basic depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus)
Hours: (42) Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4.30pm, and alternate Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm
You know the drill...this role is to fix cars so I will spare you the details! We have some great opportunities available at our impressive workshop in Gateshead for you to join the team as a Vehicle Technician. You'll provide the tools, and we'll provide the vehicles!Can you conduct vehicle health checks and services using the latest technology? Do you have an eye for detail and are 'wheely' good at vehicle write ups? Got a full, clean driving licence ready to road test vehicle faults? Our ideal candidate will be minimum level 3 NVQ qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, and have previous automotive experience. You don't have to be Brand accredited or have worked within a Franchised dealership, we will also consider applicants from an independent background as we offer full training to all of our Vehicle Technicians. So, if you're self-motivated and ambitious and eager to learn, this could be the perfect role for you!
The salary range for this vacancy is between £30,000 for a newly qualified Technician and up to £39,000 for a Master Technician. We also offer an additional incentive of £2,000 if you are EV qualified, and uncapped bonus - with potential earnings of £47,000 per annum.
