Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various projects. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Duties

- This role is 70% Motion Graphics and 30% graphic design
- Create and design graphics for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and designs that align with the company's brand identity
- Use software such as Adobe Creative Suite, ZBrush, Mudbox, 3ds Max, and other design tools to create high-quality visuals
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Conduct research on competitors and market trends to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Experience
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), ZBrush, Mudbox, 3ds Max, Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Knowledge of anatomy for character design is a plus
- Experience in video editing is preferred
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C++ is a plus
- Photography skills are a bonus

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Motion Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• British passport or ILR status (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kidlington, OX5 2NU
