Role Overview:
The Motion Graphics and Creative/Digital Designer role is a dynamic position that combines visual storytelling and digital design to bring our digital projects to life. This role is split into 70% Motion Graphics and 30% creative/digital design, utilizing tools such as InDesign and Illustrator. You will collaborate closely with senior creatives, designers, and writers to produce engaging content that resonates within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute digital projects.
- Design and animate compelling Motion Graphics (70% of the role) for various digital platforms.
- Apply your skills in InDesign and Illustrator for creative/digital design projects (30% of the role).
- Present and advocate for your work both internally and to external stakeholders as needed.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Enhance our agency culture through creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Ability to juggle the evolving needs of projects and work flexibly across different tasks.
- Confidence in presenting and defending creative ideas and solutions.
- Highly motivated, creative mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
- A keen interest in staying abreast of the latest trends in digital design and technology.
