The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, leading law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of senior insurance clients. The firm is recognised nationally for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Motor department, it is now seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive who will manage low value infant approval and stage 3 files from inception to trial. Your responsibilities will include managing the day to day conduct of files, reviewing relevant documentation and drafting legal documents.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Litigation Executive/Paralegal.
The Candidate
- Litigation Executive/Paralegal
- Understanding of case law and litigation practice as well as SRA Standards & Regulations
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
