Salary: 25,000 - 35,000

We are excited to be working with our esteemed client, a leading further education provider located in the Lake District. Our client seeks to add a qualified, dedicated Motor Vehicle Trainer/Assessor to their dynamic and professional team.
In this role, the chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments in the field of Motor Vehicle studies. The Trainer/Assessor will be instrumental in shaping and developing the course syllabus, teaching and assessing students to ensure they gain the necessary qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students
- Design and develop the Motor vehicle course syllabus
- Carry out assessments and ensure students meet necessary standards
- Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress
- Liaise with other staff and departments on curriculum development
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle studies or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous teaching/assessing experience in the Further Education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
