Our client, a well-established Motorcycle Dealership in Maidenhead, are looking for a Motorcycle Sales Manager to take charge of a small sales team and help drive the business forward!
The successful Motorcycle Sales Manager will get:
- £35,000 Basic Salary + Commission (£55,000 OTE)
- Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm / Day Off In Week / Saturdays 8.30am - 5pm
- NO Sundays

- Looking After A Team Of 2 Motorcycle Sales Executives, 1 Sales Co-Ordinator, & Valeting Team
- Company Motorcycle Included
- Complete the sales process in a manner that is consistent with the integrity of the client.
- Deliver results that meet, and wherever possible, exceed targets.
- Develop and motivate the Sales Team.
- Work effectively with other departments to establish best practice and ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service.
- A proven track record in transactional sales.
- Motorcycle Licence
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience monitoring financial performance.
- An engaging, driven, and passionate approach to work.
- A full UK driving license.
