Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with parts inquiries and orders.
- Provide expert advice on parts selection and compatibility.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock shelves.
- Process parts transactions and handle payments.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in parts advisory or automotive retail preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work 2/3 days per week.
