The Role;
- To provide a high regard for customer service and quality standards
- To closely monitor the tracking of consignments worldwide, whilst ensuring that all internal departments and agents are adhering to customer expectations.
- To organise and manage the moving service of individual client’s goods on behalf of our corporate accounts and private clients.
- To liaise when necessary with the client/ account to ascertain requirements and ensure proactive customer service
- To Liaise with shipping lines/airfreight agencies and subcontractors to ensure that goods are shipped in line with client expectations
- To process any documentation necessary to ensure service delivery
- To produce invoices to clients and corporate accounts and liaise with internal Accounts department to ensure payment is received within agreed terms
- To liaise with insurance brokers and client in the event of a claim
- To ensure the shipment is carried out in accordance with agreed terms
- To provide first class customer service
- To manage margins and ensure commercial awareness with all managed file
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management

- Computer literate, administrative and well-rounded knowledge on Microsoft Office packages - word, excel
