MRI Hospital Radiographer (23 hours)

Applications are invited from suitably experienced MRI Radiographers to join the Imaging team at our clients busy 28-bedded Inpatient Hospital team at their acute hospital site located in Leicester.
This is a part time role of 23 hours per week although we are open to hearing from applicants seeking to negotiate on contracted hours.

Founded in 1969, their Leicester Hospital had a £4.5 million refurbishment in 2011 and has a strong local reputation with patients and Consultants.
Since 2015 theyhave invested in a static MRI unit, a new digital X ray room & digital mammography.

The Hospital has 28 ensuite inpatient beds, 2 Laminar flow theatres, Endoscopy Suite, minor treatment room and 14 consulting rooms.
Main clinical specialities include; Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Gynae, Urology, Cosmetics and Ophthalmology.
This centre of excellence delivers a high standard of Surgical care supported by state-of-the-art equipment.
The Hospital has been rated as a ‘Good’ hospital by the CQC and achieved this rating across the 5 key lines of enquiry across all departments inspected.

Person requirements
Radiographer with full HCPC registration
Current or recent MRI experience at Band 6 or equivalent level
Experienced in supervision and development of more junior staff members.
