• Hours: Full time - 37.5 pw (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
• Contract: Temp – ongoing rolling contract with potential to secure permanent.

Overview

This role is to assist an application support team with the implementation and support of M365, MS Teams and SharePoint across the organisation. This would be the core of the role but you will be expected to help with general IT Support to assist the service desk with tickets/service requests etc. Primarily, this will be a fully onsite role at the IT office, but may require travel to different sites nearby to resolve specific IT issues. This is a large public sector client, going through IT modernisation, so the role provides a lot of variety and challenges.

About you

• IT Support experience across both hardware and software, in both a face-to-face and remote structure.
• Strong communicator and positive team player.
• Keen to learn and bring value to the team
• IT Degree / HND or similar
• Enjoys challenge and taking on a variety of roles.
• Strong M365 knowledge/experience would be great to have
• Preference for immediately available

• Support of M365 implementation including Teams/SharePoint etc
• General IT support of organisation's infrastructure.
• Support IT projects including hands on technician work from time to time.
• Be a team player, willing to take on responsibilities to meet organisation and department goals.
