We are looking for an outstanding full time CEO from September 2024 to build on our success. Our MAT of 21 CofE primary schools is wonderfully collaborative and supportive. As an experienced strategic leader, your role is both to lead and serve our schools and the staff and pupils in them.
This rewarding role involves working directly with schools, our board and our central team to ensure the best possible education and the most effective use of resources. Strategic thinking, planning, and a quest for continuous improvement are all essential parts of the role.
You will need:
- experience of successful system leadership/school improvement within educational settings
- a proven track record of inspiring others to achieve high standards
- knowledge and experience of the Ofsted inspection framework
- skills in working with a range of schools
- an understanding of academy finance and budget management experience
- knowledge and understanding of working within a MAT
- knowledge of effective HR practice
- a degree and Qualified Teacher Status

- creativity.
