Become a Multi Channel Marketer Apprentice and embark on a journey to develop your skills and make your mark in the world of marketing.

As a Multi Channel Marketer Apprentice, you will have the unique opportunity to hone your skills, your main responsibilities will be managing SEO, reporting on analytics, tracking engagement on posts, attending marketing events and so much more, all whilst working towards your apprenticeship qualification with the support from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Create campaigns and assisting in projects
• Analyse and report on the success of campaigns
• Maintain websites and manage SEO
• Attend marketing events
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• Salary – £13,312
• Monday – Friday (40 Hours per week)
• 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
• 3 Days off over Christmas

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Proactive
• Able to work independently or part of a team
• Natural creative flair
• Have a great understanding of social media platforms
• Interest in photography, animation, and Photoshop – beneficial
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and use your skills
• Ability to show your personality
• Grade 5/C in Math's & Grade 4/C in English GCSE – Required
