Job description
The holder of this post will be a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, responsible for providing medication reviews and medicines optimisation support to a group of GP Practices within West Kent Primary Care. In discharging this responsibility, the post holder will provide expert advice and guidance, making recommendations and providing necessary training on medicines-related issues to a wide range of healthcare professionals and provider organisation staff.
