About the role

Following the final report of an independent review on the Isle of Mans health and care system, the Tynwald approved Health and Care Transformation Programme is an exciting opportunity to create a financially and clinically sustainable, high quality, integrated health and care system with the potential to be a worldwide exemplar. You will be part of the project team helping to deliver legislative improvement as part of the Health and Care Transformation Programme.

You will assist the Project Lead for the Improve Legislation Framework Project in the development of Policy and Legislation that meets the requirements and the timescales as set out within the Project Initiation Document. The Policy and Legislation is being developed by the Improve Legislation Framework in conjunction with the Department of Health and Social Care. You must therefore be prepared to constructively challenge the status quo to actively contribute to the transformation of the Islands health and care service to ensure it delivers the highest level of service user satisfaction.
