Nuffield Health have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Customer Experience Manager to contribute to our purpose to build a healthier nation by defining our Customer Experience strategy, through ensuring a deep understanding of our current and prospective customers and ensuring that we put the customer at the heart of all our decision making.
As a Multi-Site Customer Experience Manager, you will:
Oversee revenue performance including Personal Training, Swim and café performance. Through the clubs HOD teams.
Community Champion driving Nuffield Health flagship programmes of Joint Pain, Move Together and Local Community Outreach.
Senior Manager in Nuffield Health Consumer Gyms. Supporting the Regional Health Care system..
As a Multi-Site Customer Experience Manager, you will have:
Honours degree or equivalent of knowledge acquired through experience, other qualifications and training/development.
Demonstrable knowledge, skills and experience in the field of Customer experience and Customer Journey design.
Good understanding of developing trends in Customer Experience, expectations and segmentation.
